Thank you for choosing Hula Hawaiian Shirts. Every item is made-to-order, meaning your shirt is printed, cut, and sewn specifically for you once your order is confirmed.

1. Order Processing & Production

Because every product is custom-made, there is a production phase before shipping:

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (HST – Hawaii Standard Time).
Production Time: 1–4 business days (Monday – Friday).

Note: During peak seasons, production may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping worldwide:

Standard Shipping: $5.99 for all orders.
FREE SHIPPING: On all orders over $100.00.

3. Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent via email within 2–4 business days after shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or VAT once they reach your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Issues

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with neighbors/local post office or wait 24 hours. If still not found, contact us at [email protected].
