Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Hula Hawaiian Shirts. Orders are produced and shipped by printing partners in the United States and China. The production facility is selected based on the delivery address, so your order may ship from either country. Our Pensacola address is our head office and mailing address. Every item is made-to-order, meaning your shirt is printed specifically for you once your order is confirmed.

1. Order Processing & Production

Because every product is custom-made, there is a production phase before shipping:

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM Central Time (CT).
Production Time: 1–4 business days (Monday – Friday).

Note: During peak seasons, production may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping worldwide:

Standard Shipping: $5.99 for all orders.
FREE SHIPPING: On all orders over $100.00.

3. Tracking Your Order

Your tracking number will be emailed within 2–5 business days after production is completed. By the time this email is sent, your package has already been handed to the carrier. This email timing is not an additional waiting period before shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

4. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or VAT once they reach your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Order Issues

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with neighbors/local post office or wait 24 hours. If still not found, contact us at [email protected].
