Return and Refund Policy

These are the terms and conditions (the “Policy”) that apply when you make a purchase from Hula Hawaiian Shirts (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). I. Cancellation Policy

  1. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of completing your purchase.
  2. After this period, cancellations are no longer available as the order will already be in processing.

II. Returning Goods

We want your order to be exactly as you expected. Please double-check product details before submitting your order.

You may return Goods only if the issue arises from Hula Hawaiian Shirts, including:

  • Wrong size compared to the order details.
  • Incorrect design or print differing from the product page.
  • Damaged Goods upon arrival (e.g., peeling, tearing, breaking).
  • Wrong style received (e.g., long sleeve instead of short sleeve).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Except in the cases listed above, we regret that we cannot accommodate returns or refunds for any other reason.

Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the Goods (based on tracking).
  • Goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning items. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping.
  • The return process may take up to 25 business days.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods lost or damaged in return shipment, and we cannot issue a refund without proof of return delivery.

III. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned Goods are received and approved.
  • Processing time: 1–5 business days after receipt of Goods.
  • Bank/payment provider delays may add an additional 3–7 business days before funds appear in your account.

IV. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges in all cases. If the issue is due to our error (wrong size, incorrect design, or damaged item), we will send a replacement product at no additional cost. Customers do not need to place a new order for an exchange.
